APPLICATION PERIOD SUMMER 2025

February 1 -March 15 , 2025

 

Dates : approx July 27- August 22

Tuition: $ 4,750;   a number of partial scolarships  are available based on academic  and other considerations

 

STEPS TO APPLY

1. Required Materials: a,  Application Form ( on site),  b. School grades for previous year ( upload), c. One letter of recommendation, d. Nonrefundable $75 application fee ( TransferWise) e. Essay

           All documents must be WORD or PDF format . An actual photo ID of the student in small format JPG must be included with the application. Applicants must  CONFIRM via email if the documents were received. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure the application is complete before the deadline of February 20

2. Interview: Interviews will follow  in both Romanian and English via Skype/Face time and/or in person. 

3. Selection Results:   Students who are accepted in the program will be announced by March 1- 7, 2025.  The tuition balance is due by March 14,2025 or earlier.  Requests for refunds submitted after March 30 to critical unexpected circumstances will be granted at the discretion of the Director. Refund requests must be accompanied by a letter from a physician or attorney.

    *Refunds: all incurred expenses (non refundable fee, transaction fees,  travel, camps, chaperone costs, etc) will be subtracted from the refund.

4. Tuition and Registration fee: Student pays the transaction fees and medical insurance ; the tuition includes air flight, camp and host placement, group sightseeing tours, etc 

5. Scholarships : Students  may qualify for scholarship if they are in excellent academic standing and showing outstanding humanistic qualities.

 

IMPORTANT: All students accepted in the program must submit proof of full COVID vaccination and complete immunization form within 2 weeks of receiving the acceptance letter.  The vaccinations are requiered by the  US school system (use the forms provided on our site, fill in and upload ),

  • Web Link Personal Essay

    A brief essay is optional.  The essay is Required if applying for Financial Aid. It must include the name of the candidate,  the date and be written in English.  The essay should describe meaningful experiences, life philosophy,  special talent or achievements and answer How this experience will help you in the future? 

  • Web Link Teacher Recommendations

    One letter of recommendations -either from the English, math or science teacher, or from the school administrator/director- should be sent by the teacher via email to Dr Anastasoaie.

  • Web Link Medical Form

    Once the applicant is accepted into the program the medical forms must be sent to EERC. The forms are mandatory for camp participation -  they must include the immunization status and COVID vaccination,  medical history and clearance by the pediatrician.
